Questions

How much can I earn?

You'll earn a percentage of the placement fee when the company successfully hires through one of our agency partners. The exact amount depends on the role level and fee structure.

When do I get paid?

Payment is made after the placed candidate passes their probation period (typically 3 months).

What companies can I refer?

Any company hiring for senior or executive roles - VP level and above, or specialist technical roles. Ideal for Series A+ companies but we work with all stages.

Do I need to know the hiring manager?

It helps, but isn't required. If you know someone at the company who could introduce us, that's great. Otherwise, we can reach out directly.
